After years of loneliness now I suffer from agoraphobia, beyond loving myself I can't even love my mother who has been nice to me all along with a big pure heart. I cannot catch up with life yet I am not in a secure position that I can hide and wait as well. The kind of depression I suffer won't let me commit the s word anytime soon and I really wonder how far can this self-pity situation can go. Now I only find a wee bit of solitude when I am able to shut down my thought and get a proper sleep via listening this sort of music in my bed. So thanks for the playlist.

Dostum 30 yaşındayım ben ergen değilim. güzel okullar bitirdim, yeri geldi iyi paralar kazandım. Kişisel gelişimime önem verdim. Bunların hiçbiri beni kurtarmaya yetmedi. İstanbul'un göbeğinde 10 katlı beton mezarların içinde içine dön vs. bunlar uygulanabilir tavsiyeler değil. Seni budist saiklerle yetiştirdilerse bilemiyorum.@@alivelialiveliali

I feel you my friend and all those thoughts. You have to consciously make the decision to be your own best friend when there's no one else around. Never permanent only temporary will your troubles and anxieties be. Embrace all those feelings, take them all in for a moment then let them all go. You're stronger than you could ever have imagined. Go on a nice long walk in the sunshine with anyone; I promise it will make you feel better instantly. ❤

Every note, every keystroke, the entire spectrum of carefully crafted sounds all flowed into my mind and I experienced a sense of calm beyond my expectations. A much needed calm as my thoughts moved away from negativity down a new path, though still far from happy. Memories from the past came flooding back to me, many of which I wished I could erase, but they no longer seemed so unbearable as the time of complete loneliness had passed.

Try this. As you take in this musical track, stare into the background image (full screen no distractions). Just immagine yourself standing and staring out onto a foggy beach. There is no one left there now, yet you remember it with such colour and noise. It was once where summer holidays had been passed with your kids as they grew up. Them days in which they nagged you to keep playing with them, running with them, building with them. But now them days have gone and vaninshed away into the fog. You wish the clocks hands could be moved back, just to spend one more day at the beach. Time passes fast and can never be taken back. Remeber this and take power over your priorities, before it is too late.
