Hanshi Tomasz Piotrkowicz nomination ceremony for 10th dan Karate and the title of Soke Sogo Budo 

On December 1, 2023, Hanshi Tomasz Piotrkowicz was nominated by Kancho Takemasa Okuyama, president of the World Budo Federation, for the maximum master rank of tenth dan judan in karate-do. At the same time, the World Budo Federation gave him the title Soke Sogo Budo. The term sogo budo has a holistic meaning, it means martial arts practiced comprehensively, and not the practice of only one martial art.
