I'll personally love to see Xavi leave this season but not because of Laporta's ego. For the 3 reasons listed below: 1. FAVORITISM: we have all seen Xavi favoring Spanish players or players he likes above others. That is very bad and kills the morale of the players. Wishful thinking and again you have to sort out Xavi first if you're going for a new manager number one and nothing is sorted out with regards to that because it ultimately effects everything for next season. As mentioned if crazy Laporta has it his way there will be additional costs, around 20 million euros to Xavi, and even that amount as reported is too much and again could effect next season's preparation especially getting a new manager with the time frame too short. BTW, Deco and Bojan are on official Barca business in London and that is finalising the mentioned new trainers to join FC Barcelona for next season, not sure which one, I think Julio Tous is one of them. But of course they will talk to Flick but as always it will be unofficial and it's gonna be the same answer from Flick because again Flick is no dummy he knows whats going on right now at FC Barcelona long before Xavi made it clear and again unless there is a change in fortune, actual fortune from FC Barcelona overnight, Flick knows its not a wise or ambitious move right now for him to coach FC Barcelona especially since the disaster he went through with the German National Team.
