It's cliche, but this band has been the soundtrack to my life. This song came out just when I needed it most. I know Hanson will never see this comment, but thank you for sharing your talents with us. I wouldn't be who I am today with your music. There are no words; just love and gratitude.
@@laurapowell3460 I agree with you completely! String Theory was there for me when my Dad died; that concert was emotional in many ways. My dad would always tell to me to "just breathe" whenever I was upset/stressed/in a dark place. I was feeling a lot of grief leading up to and on Valentines day, so this felt like a huge sign from the universe for sure. I am really bummed I wont be able to catch them on tour this year! Hope you get to see them!
My younger sister passed away 2 years ago and when we were kids in the 90’s, we were huge Fansons! This video made me so emotional watching and thinking of her. I’ve seen you all in concert so many times and Taylor and Zac Hanson even held the door open for me when I was working at The Rave in Milwaukee. (Major fan girl forever and you even giggled and waved lol) 🖤
As a career musician, he's been acting his entire professional life, in every video. Each of the brothers are equally talented on film, and of course, as musicians, writers, producers... Etc... They are all just the epitome of, cool.

I think I get you tho, like, you were complimenting his acting talent, & acknowledging his ability could easily cross over onto the big screen, with success. I think we both know that if he would've had the desire to act, he would have. Like Timberlake does both. But I think his schedule is so tight already, with his music business, that he wants to spend any free time with his family. Lots of children! Lol. But I agree, the camera has always loved him. And he's always played right into the lense, with total ease. He's very good on film, and knows how to look right at you, and draw you in. He's a natural. So, bottom line, you are absolutely correct in your assessment. The boy can definitely act! And hey, just to add a Hanson sidenote. I'm also a fan of Mac Hanson. The 4th, younger Hanson brother. Totally blew me away when I discovered him, his band and his badass self. He is Rock, Soulful, Bluesy, Hard Rock, Soft Rock... any & every sound. He is extremely super talented. Great band. Sort of underground. Definitely edgy. Take no prisoners. He does his own thing. But, he does occasionally play on stage with his brothers. It's intense. Very intense. It rock's. Listen to and watch his music videos of "Hey Hey" and "She talks like Alabama". Mac Hanson, Joshua and the Holy Rollers. No it's definitely not holy gospel. Lol. Not even. His band is totally cool.

So many feelings!!! TRIGGERED by that first scene that was so intense and scary, then just purely in love with your soul and words moving forward. Then, when the girl rejects the proposal I had to PAUSE the video and yell at my computer bc 1. No one would ever say no 2. Why the hell did she hit him and throw a drink ? What did he DO?! No way dude. After that I just tried to sink Into the lyrics. So beautiful . As someone whose been through a Lot of pain I appreciate this beautiful message, as someone who roots for others to find hope I appreciate it too. So many emotions . Beautiful , Taylor. ♥️

Guys,you never want to lose you're two best friends, I did last year in February I had just seen Brooke on Valentine's day their wedding anniversary, she passed away the following Wednesday night, she had a fever and had trouble breathing, I lost her,they had her on the oxygen therapy mask, they gave her something for pneumonia ewe, two months later my other bff Lynn died last April, it's a nightmare

When I was a little girl, I was playing songs like Man from Milwaukee over and over on repeat, and I didn't care how many times I listened to them - it made me happy. In high school, when This Time Around came out, I listened to that album over and over, again not caring as to the number of times. After a life shakeup, guess whose music got me doing my best to stay strong with songs like I Was Born, Better Days and Worth the Wait. To this day, their music still gets to me, and I was mesmerised by the Against The World Album. I have listened to this song over and over today, and I will continue to do so because it is an incredible song by an incredibly talented trio. The message within this song is what I needed to hear the moment I needed to hear it, with special thanks to the line "you are no mistake". Thank you as always, Hanson. ❤
