Taylor has a 19 year old!? He still LOOKS 19 himself!!! Actually all three brothers look incredibly youthful and amazing at their ages. Incredible genes and talent, and seem like genuinely good people. A force in the industry ❤❤❤
These guys have been my favorite band since I was 12 years old. Not only do they share the most incredible music, always keeping things fresh and new, they are genuinely kind humans, and inspiring!! Hard to find real these days.
These guys will forever have my heart. At 13 years old, I knew there was something so special about them, and I'm proud to know I had such good taste. God bless Hanson!!
I was a 37 years old mom of three girls 5, 6 and 11 when Mmmbop was released. I loved that record as much as my kids. I took them to see this band of amazing brothers and knew they were the real deal. Crazy that Taylor is older than I was then and has way more kids, haha. Very happy they are doing so great. Good people.
This is what Elvis paved his way for… the GROUNDED musician that thrives right where they’re from- Tulsa, OK. Like Elvis living in Graceland. These boys, since 1997 have had my entire ❤️ and soul and have given me so much in my life. Without them, I don’t know WHO I would be right now and you know what? I don’t have any clue or CARE to ever find that out. Thank you Hanson, for your endless gift of music 🎶 and for staying to course and caring so deeply for all of us. You stayed true to yourselves and your roots no matter how hard they all tried to tear you down. TIMELESS, like Elvis… never to be forgotten, how could they? It’s never happening. See yah at my 60th something show in a few weeks, can’t wait to be 14 AGAIN! ❤️💚💙
Going to see Hanson this Thursday night in New Orleans! I took the long road in discovering just how truly talented Hanson is. I thought they were pretty good when my daughter was listening when she was 10. Now she is 34 and I'm 56, and whenever I mention just how awesome I think they are, all I get from her is a head shake and an eye roll. She obviously got her musical taste from her father :)
Lol, omg ditto! I'm a bit older than you are, & my daughter was 11. But yeah, so on the same page with you. I constantly send my youngest daughter Hanson updates, videos yada yada. I'm like, so did you get all that?! Hello? Um, did you get the Hanson stuff?!
@@privatemailcall6011 Does she roll her eyes and act as if you lost your mind? I don't understand why everyone isn't a Hanson fan. They are just so gosh darned talented, engaging, and dare I say, decent. If I was their mom, I would wear my Hanson t-shirt, hat, sweats, and socks everywhere I went.
Omg, i just wrote you a novel regarding our daughters & ourselves. It was an awesome reply! Wthell, I totally hit the wrong friggin spot, & deleted the entire message! Omg, I don't have the strength to retype, lol! Im so bummed, it was so good, lol. And ditto on the eye rolling, lol. I'll recover in bit & send you another shout out. Lol. If I could see worth a *#/! Ya know, that age thing, lol.
@@privatemailcall6011 If it helps in any way, I have done the same thing more than a few times. It must be karma telling us not to write books here. My kids won't read my texts because they are too long.
If Isaac feels weird knowing his son is the same age he was when making Middle of Nowhere I wonder how Taylor feels knowing his oldest son who is 19 is the same age he was when he and Natalie got married and had him. I remember when Taylor and Natalie got married (he was 19 and she was 18) and then 4 months later she gave birth to Ezra. And people made a big deal about the fact that Taylor had premarital sex. It's not just a miracle they've been married 20 years but the fact that got married and had their first child while still being teenagers. I'm happy for all of them and their families.
Hanson wasnthe first album I ever owned at the age of 11. Three car garage. First concert I ever went to in 1998 on their albertane tour. Nothing like seeing them in the 90s. Huge venue. Amazing. First band to grace my walls. First crush on zac Hanson. I've seen them in concert 4 times. Most recent was last week in Bristol UK! They were amazing. I never thought in a million years I'd be that close physically to Hanson. They were just brilliant. I'll remember it forever. Hanson will always hold a special place in my heart. The pure nostalgia they give me. Such great men.
What a treat, seeing the brothers discussing their 30 year success in the music industry. 30 years!! I remember clearly when they first started because it really does seem like yesterday. 💙💙💙
When i was 10 i hated these guys. I was introduced to metallica at the time and i didnt look back for about 20 years. It was all about metal. My girlfriend played Mmmbop in the car and i realized.. i didnt hate these guys. Not something i jam out to on a daily basis but i can say this band brings me back to a great time in my childhood. Love them for the nastalgia they bring.
Technically speaking there are 14 studio albums Hanson has released if you include 3 Car Garage, Snowed In, Middle of Everywhere: Greatest Hits, Finally It's Christmas, String Theory and Perennial. There's also 2 EPs called Taking The Walk and Stand Up Stand Up. There's also 3 Live Albums called Live From Albertane, Live And Electric: The Best Of and Middle Of Nowhere Acoustic Live. There's also the Demo CD that comes along with the Strong Enough To Break Documentary DVD which I highly recommend everyone getting. Please fellow Fansons let me know if I missed something or got something wrong.
They are amazingly talented. I love that they chose to do an album that highlights each one’s style and they back that brother up, rather than break up. They differ from the Jonas brothers in that. To me they are much more family oriented vs about the money and fame. They seem like they’d quit in a heartbeat if their family was effected. Maybe this is why they have been a band for 30 years with no breakup. This is why I like them.
Their show was amazing i. SEATTLE last night. Been so blessed to see them mamy times over the years and they never disappoint. Theres a reason they havr been around for 30 years. True music, true people, and true fans.
Ha ha I was the biggest Hanson fan in the 90s (as I’m sure every Hanson fan of the 90s would say! 😂😂) I was so obsessed, my bedroom wall was covered with posters of them, and I could even tell you the names of all their brothers and sisters, and all of THEIR birthdays too -sad or what! 🤣 But they were great, and they are nice, well rounded adults! I finally got to meet them when they did a walk around the O2 arena back in 2013 - I was lucky enough to chat to, and get a photo with each brother! I haven’t been a fan for years, but it was pretty surreal walking next to each brother and having a chat and a photo with them……I told them it had been a long time coming, and what I wouldn’t have given to have had that opportunity back in 1997! 🤣😂👍 Question - how the hell do the family keep up with having so many children and grandchildren??!! 😂😂
Amazing talented group of guys. Hanson was my very first concert and I was a 23 year old chick! They blew me away. So much energy and talent at a time when boy bands were all about singling and dancing and not necessarily about music. Hanson will always be special to me and one of my favorite bands of all time
I am so proud of these guys for staying on the right path they kept their good relationships with each other they still sound great look great and they didn't cave to the industry they kept their dignity and stayed successful doing so
Hanson is my Beatles. 😉 Wait, I am not comparing them. Hanson wouldn't want it, either. When they're being compared with legends, they'd say one thing: "We're not worthy!" What I mean is if my parents imparted me music from The Carpenters, The BeeGees and The Beatles (and more), I am now introducing Hanson to my nephews and nieces. Their reactions are positive, I must say. One of my nephews, who's 6, keep singing MMMBop's chorus to me. He still have not got it right but he'll be there. Thanks @People for sharing! I've loved them since 1997.
Congrats to you guys!! I was 38 when MMMBop came out. We had 2 young boys of our own, and if we were all in the car and the song came on the radio, we cranked the volume to sing along, even if there weren't any lyrics that we were sure of. I'm thrilled that they live in Tulsa because our oldest son, daughter-in-law and 3 kids live in Broken Arrow. We live 500 miles away, so we don't get there very often, but I always keep my eyes open when we're there, and I'm shopping, just hoping I might see any of them and maybe get a selfie. They were certainly a breath of fresh air in the music world when they dropped that famous first song, and to this day they still are. Great job you guys!! Music, touring, marriage, and kids is a tough job to make a marriage last for one, let alone all 3 of you. Something that's in the lyrics to Journey's song "Faithfully" explains just how hard it is. Stay true to yourselves!
I loved Hanson when they were just kids starting out and still love them today. I am 46 years old and still listening to their music from the beginning, Love you Hanson❤
Of course- i really ❤ every three of them buuuuaaat of course the middle at most (❤❤❤ honestly: to thought that he might to be gay means that T hopefully get lucky ❤❤❤)
I was 23 when I first heard them. Always been a fan. Finally got to afford flights to Auckland to go last November. The crowd was amazing and like Issac said in that last part. I got to meet others I didn't know, who liked the same band and the same music.
Now I am going to google and listen to Penny and Me - because you know... that song song just brings a type a calmness to my soul, that I can't describe.
I'm sorry, but I can't see Taylor's bleached hair without thinking about John Mulaney's Sound of Music skit on SNL. If you're confused, go watch the skit.
See their song in Sydney this week been a dream to see them since the 90s it was absolutely amazing they all still have it and I can't wait for the next tour 💖
Started listening to them again. Enjoy their music and appreciate their simplicity and authenticity too. Intelligent musicians with beautiful souls and families.
These guys, brothers, individuals, musicians, writers, performers, talents... from youngsters to married with families, lol, lots of children... This band of amazing creative qualities, and truly likeable young men, are a wonderful testament to excellence, of not only music & entertainment, but to humanitarianism & simply, just the best of today & yesterday's memories. It's amazing how my young girls, were mesmerized 25 years ago, but that today, me, the mom, has become a huge fan as well. Hanson is all encompassing. Their talent just blows me away! The diversity! The amazing sound. Can I say WOW!!! Thx guys!
Lol, I've just read several comments, after I'd written mine, & I'm seriously laughing. OMG, all of us as parents, have become the groupies, & our girls, who were mega in love with these men, as boys in the Hanson band, are more nonchalant! Don't get me wrong, my girls, as women now, still LOVE Hanson, but I'm the amazed crazy person now! I'm constantly sending their new music & videos & interviews, to everyone. You'd think I was in the business. Lol, these guys are so great. I guess I see the amazing truly gifted musicians, in a way that... well, idk, they just make you feel better.
I still love Hanson even though I’m nearly 40 now, I never got my mother into them. 😂 She was super supportive of my Hanson love though as they are so clean cut. I find it amazing that I got to grow up listening to them from being a teen. I’m so pleased they still come play gigs in the UK and I’ve even been lucky enough to meet them a couple of times. They are literally the sweetest most genuine people who really appreciate their fans.
