thank you sir i have some doubt its not a doubt but a inovative idea i am working on this reaction to synthesize a noble compound for cancer

Go for it! There are many cancer drugs (especially the protease inhibitors) that are full of subunits resembling thiazoles.

Can it be applied to urea instead of thiourea to produce oxazole ring instead?

It does work, but the oxygen of urea is not as nucleophilic as the sulfur in thiourea. Reactions with urea require more heat (maybe refluxing ethanol).
