The situation of the girl we see in this video spot represents many other girls living in similar circumstances in our society. In the pretense of helping the person pursue a good education, young adults, more commonly young girls are forced to do heavy household work, while at times also being victims of sexual abuse and harassment. This video spot is made to educate public of domestic violence that occurs between such domestic relationships, and to empower such victims to stand against violence by reporting to respective institutions.
According to the Domestic Violence Prevention Act (3/2012), persons who live or have recently lived in the same residence share a domestic relationship. Hence, if any act of violence stated under clause (4) of the Act occurs between the above mentioned relationship, it will be considered as domestic violence.
