He and the band didn't have the stage presence and theatrics that were introduced with Antichrist Superstar. It was just a typical show. Brian would speak to the crowd, thank them for coming and interact with them. He was just playing music, not putting on a show.

They're not Nazi's. Vas Kallas (Betty) is from Brooklyn NY, and I think the guitarist is from upper Manhattan or the Bronx. Betty has a real _Noo Yawk_ accent. The guitarist doesn't.
