My experience with Haoqi has been extremely difficult to get them to honor their 2 year warranty. I purchased a dual battery cheetah for $2000 back in Jan 2023. The bike has had some issues from day one. I’ve spent over 3 months trying to get them to repair my bike. They sent me a controller panel and a assembly cable to install myself because they don’t have any bike shops like REI that will work on their bikes. After installing these parts the motor still won’t power on. I sent them videos proving the bike is not functioning properly and now they won’t email me back
Contact your credit card company and file a complaint tell them that Haoqi is not honoring the warrantee on the bike. Your credit card co will contact them and THIS will move them send you another Ebike or send you a monetary settlement or whatever they offer you. Your money could be will be returned to your account. This is what I did after getting my Cheetah dual battery the bike was damaged by a very bad hole rubbed into the paint and metal. They wanted to send me paint touchup but I rejected this idea because I was not going to accept anything short of perfection on a 2k bike. Then they offered me 150.00 to try and buy me off but this also was rejected. I contacted my CC co and they contacted the office #, and in my next communication with Haoqi they offered me a fresh shipment of the bike which I now have.
