The question should be raised against those Parking Attendants too, what are they doing? In Kohima, the parking attendants will guide you and find space for your parking, rain or shine. But in Dimapur, these parking attendants will pop out of nowhere to hand you a slip without even guiding you at all. If you are paying for a service then one is entitled to these few benefits and services
I dont understand how people can just park here and there and just leave, for me i dont feel comfortable even when parked well thinking i may disturb the flow of traffic .. most of the people know how to drive that's it
Parking problem is increased day by day in Dimapur, please come and visit the road between westward to (Jain Mandir) kalibari road, traffic congestion during busy hours due to both side parking in the no parking zone.
Still wondering why the DMC charges parking taxes till this day Running so fast in such hot dimapur hot weather to catch the driver to collect the tax fees 😂😂
After the installation of traffic signal lights,there are more rash drivings particularly two wheelers, they just cross over to any direction even though there is red light on and the Traffic personals are also less seen in actions these days which leads to more reckless parking,and creating traffic jams more often.
Dimapur Parking/Traffic will never improve infact it will go from bad to worst . Unless the Govt decides to extend the road by demolishing the shops nearby the roads (has to happen someday whether we like it or not.) Human Population and Car population is growing day by day and the Dmp town is getting congested not because the town is small but because there's no Town/City planning..
Please include the question of the parking reserved by the bank within the Dimapur main town for the whole day in the name of cash remittance but do they have NOC from the DC/DMC (Concern Authority) for the special reservation for whole day (causing parking problem) ?

No basic knowlwfge of zebra crossing, no ones following the rules of safe driving like wearing helmet. Driver wears helmet but the passenger behind doesnt wear helmet lol and seat belts still not practiced. Dmp will forever be uncivilized
Those DMC parking text collectors must also tell the drivers to park as it is allowed by traffic police for eq vertical, parallel etc . And moreover being an educated person driver must also know how to park their car seeing the white line that is shown .
