Best Video - Actually, the Senior's walking cane is one of the most excellent training drill for a Martial Philosopher Artist. It absorbs into our mindset everything good and expels everything bad. The hook could be imagined as grabbing an opponent in and into JJJ to kill them (1-2) or out of a choke. Toss the cane to the side while doing this. The hook can also be used to use bilateral swinging side-to-side and impels excellent footwork as well as hand agility. Do not underestimate the Senior's Walking Cane! Because a senior's walking cane can be imagined as equally non-violent and violent it's equally great for Training.
