i see this opinion on literally every type of martial art and sport all over youtube. ITS A DEMONSTRATION. It shows the technique in slow motion and thats how its practiced so you get the precise mechanics of it. With some mc'dojos and some phonies MAYBE. But i would put good money on it that that older japanese master dude...if you were to go up to him and try to push him however you want he will redirect that shit and send you flipping through the air. Then when youll be in alot of pain, yet also dumbfounded as to how he did that and will want him to teach you...❤
