I also don't think we KILLED them because only the Snowgrave spell is described as "Fatal". And when you use it on ordinary enemies, they don't just freeze, they turn to dust. And if people talk about Chara, it means "The player played as Chara", and not that we didn't participate in it at all, and these were the actions of the characters without pressing the buttons by us. And I very rarely see Chara being made responsible for the Snowgrave Route. I hate this overused meme.
@@justauser6078 Oh hey If you attack these enemies they dissaper, and if i remember well (I may be wrong) you are able to "kill" the darkerners in chapter 1 and 2 without noelle. And the people who think Chara is the Player, they are also wrong? It's not up for discussion, and it was alredy settle, Frisk is Frisk, Chara is Chara, Kris is Kris. @@jebb_ You don't kill them, they just run away. It is not "literally killing them." And the darkners disappear only after using Snowgrave spell on them. When using Iceshock, they freeze, and you see blocks of ice. Iceshock doesn't allow them to escape. Kris and Frisk is not vessels for the SOUL. We are connected to THEIR souls. They must have their own souls before we appeared (if they are alive, lmao), and I didn't notice that there were two souls in their bodies after we joined. After we leave these characters after the ending, "our soul" doesn't leave them, otherwise they would have died without it. So it is their souls. What I'm saying is that if people consider a Player to be Chara, it doesn't mean that they absolutely nullify their own participation. A "player" is not some character. It is they themselves who play the role of Chara in their perception. This meme is more like passive aggression and disregard for people's opinions, in my opinion.
@@MokoiAruka I didn't "miss the joke." I've seen identical "jokes" of this type a hundred times already. This is such an overused joke that many people have seen it more than once, and each is similar to the other. And each one completely does not correspond to what is really happening, and also simply offends, making fun of the opinions of other people.
In the Snowgrave route, we : - Corrupted Noelle - Made Kris more depressed they already were, and still forcing them to do things they don't want to - Made Susie feel weird about the fountain things - Possibly killed Berdly - Blame Chara What next? Kill the *Original* *Starwalker?*
- Kinda, but not really. - We don't see it. Nothing changes more than "the expression as if Kris is hurt" after killing Berdly. - "Still forcing." We can't stop doing this because we were forcibly putted into Kris' body. We don't choose here. - Because... Susie is supposed to feel this way? She looks only at the temporary pleasure that it brings. And that they are "heroes." She doesn't look at the fact that the world can be destroyed because of fountains. Although she should. - I very rarely see Chara being blamed here. What kind of reality do you live in? I see mostly how the Player is blamed. Chara is more often blamed for the ending, when the soul is torn out, and not for the Snowgrave Route.
A reminder that it's all speculation, Chara, Player, RN, who knows, some have more evidence than others, especially player, but nothing is confirmed, we'll probably find out in future chapters.
I think the only thing comforting about the snowgrave route is that it appears Noelle KNOWS that's not kris doing/saying all that stuff. Or she at least highly suspects something's wrong.
I know this aniimatic is pretty serious and is about Snowgrave, like seriously it's awesome, but at the start I couldn't help but imagine a version about Noelle's relationship with Queen, and the "You called me again, drunk in your Benz, driving home under the influence" shows her speeding her limo through the city with Kris and Noelle, holding a glass of battery acid lol.
Omg I really love your artstyle and how you draw Noelle,she is so expressive and you can easily feel the emotions of disgust and fear she had during the whole animation.
Kuddos for the detail about the soul calling for Noelle and not Kris themselves, as it's subtly done during the fight : ) But nice animatic over all ^w^.
I am obsessed with yt recommending me so many underrated animations lately. You did such a good job with the parallels between the song and Noelle's story and it's visually so clean and beautiful to watch. The watch part was breathtaking, amazinggg animation ❤️

Oh my god. This is amazing. I honestly can not put into words how beautiful the art is, and how well you captured the emotions. What's funny though is that I wonder how someone originally found the Snowgrave Route? Like, were they mentally abusing Noelle just for the sake of it, and happened to be freezing enemies along the way? I find that kind of disturbing...
Ok I vaguely remember how snowgrave became public. Snowgrave was found when the route was data-mined a few hours in (it’s called the Wierd route in game files that’s why it has multiple names) but the first people to get to it properly seem to have found it accidentally when experimenting with ice shock and backtracking. Because most of Snowgraves interactions were unknown after that and people were winging it (for example some people believed interacting with the Ferris wheel billboard was necessary for the run, a misconception that lasted way too long because you can just look at the code). BTW This is not how Toby wanted people to find this route. When you defeat spamton violently he says he could’ve given you his commemorative ring if you went to him earlier, hence why you have to backtrack to the trash zone to start Snowgrave + is probably why Noelle says Spamtons shop is nostalgic. (Also remember if you haven’t played the game, this route blowing up on the internet is your first experience with Spamton NEO and Noelle/Berdly. Spamtons mansion and Snowgrave spamton was how a lot of people saw spamton first until the Main fight overtook it in popularity later)
I feel so bad to do this route, I don’t want to hurt them even though they are just video game characters, I don’t want to experience this. Another reason I don’t do this route.
Don't want to add more fuel to the fire buuut technically anyone you don't recruit is "Technically" dead if you freeze them cause their world ends when you close the fountain ir you remember the only reason the world in the closet still exists is because there were 2 fountains and we only closed one. but if you wana put a "happier" spin on it it's [pssoble someone couls one day find the computer junk and maybe end thier state of frozen living death by wandering inro rhe one specific place where they can be saved...maybe,dosn't sound much better dose it?...anyway rant over. Now that I got that out of my nitpicky system Yjis ani,ation is really well done I wish i had the softeare and skills to make stuff like this. keep up the good work :)

OH huh! I didn't realize it was a meme if I'm honest. I don't go on tiktok or anything, I just heard this song after my sister played it once and I got inspired to do this lol. For me that's usually how it goes- I hear a song I've never listened to before and find lyrics that match up well with characters/fandoms I love!
@@SavGuilmette Well, i didn't really realize it either, it was just that lyrics didn't match characters (in my opinion) and yet i liked your art style. I already seen so much Snowgrave animatics and animations that used something not very fitting as a song and yet they were visually stunning, that i decided to give my thoughts on that here. Regardless i think you did a great job on this animatic, and if that's how your workflow goes, no need to change it for a passerby. It's just that the way i see it- those songs are rarely worthy or fitting to this route of the game.
