"I reject negative emotions". No. Take that line out. Negative emotions are a natural part of being human. We don't wanna get rid of them. It should be "I deal with my negative emotions". If someone in your family dies, if a romantic lover breaks up with you, etc you feel sad and that's natural. Reject is a bad word to use there.

Nearly every day and night for 3 years I have listened to gratitude affirmations happiness affirmations all kinds of affirmations Eckhart Tolle Wayne Dyer, almost everyone of these spiritual teachers and all I can say is I haven’t changed a bit. Not a bit. I think it’s all bullshit now. My predicament is worse than it ever was. They might change others but for me they did nothing

"You won't be happy when you get everything you want. You'll get everything you want when you find happiness." Just focus on the journey and less on the destination. Find joy in today as it stands and calmly take action towards the future you want to grow into. Everything is still possible.
