The sentiment and your statement are genuinely well-intended, you would not write that comment if you want to true pain, constant, everyday pain. I am not trying to insult you but if your words actually help someone, they did not really have a problem to begin with. One surgery's beyond stressful let alone back to back to back (I had back to back Total Knee Replacements - the issues and rehab almost killed me. Both very difficult rehabs. Partially my fault because adhesions had formed by day 3 or 4 - i.e. I let almost a week go by before I started the rehab. Shoulda been the moment I woke up. In fact shoulda stayed in hospital two weeks - done my out patient rehab while an in patient. Live and learn but it takes a lot out of you - seems endless.

No matter what the outcome you have to find peace within your self and that is what winning is. Do not ever give up. We are in this life to learn as much as we can for when we are called home. This is not our home this is a giant school of learning. We are all put here to learn and our angel guide will always be here to help . All you have to do is sit in a quiet place and call on them and ask them for help and guidance and then just close your eyes and listen. Do not second guess your intuition. They will set everything up and it is up to us to choose the right path . If you have to second guess it is not the way.

My darling is passing right now. I'm truly heart-broken and have no idea how I'm going to get through this life without him. He's only 45 and has been fighting cancer for the last eight years. I can only weep when I think of the circumstances of his life. He spent his whole life fighting the darkness and working towards the light. I have so much anxiety most of the time that I can not feel anything else but fear and stress. This is helping me feel actual feelings again. Joy, excitement, enchantment, as well as sorrow and melancholy. Whatever I am feeling, at least I feel alive. I can feel like I am going somewhere again.

Hey Nissa!🤗if you want to talk sometimes let me know..i know I dont know you but I love you, I have had that period in my life where I have had so much fear and stress that I ended up in mental hospital...i thought I was going to die...but then just as I thought I will die I met this one person that prayed for me and brough me healing that is in Jesus Christ...and He has set me free from the spirits of fear and many others.. Maybe you dont believe in Jesus but I just wanted to tell you ...you are soo deeply loved by the maker of the Universe...God himself loves you more that He Loves His own Eternal life... We are all His precious precious children... I dont know why you are having so much fear but I know that in my case it was because of this world that e was telling me that I have to do this this this this and an endless road of this to deserve Love... now I know that I am completly loved just like I am ,with all bad and good things about me... I still battle fear and many other things but now I have a hiding place from this world distractions in the arms of a loving caring Father... So I wanted to reach to you if you maybe wanna talk with someone about how you feel, or if you are open to prayer I would like to pray for you to be healed from your distress.. It is crazy but You can if you just believe live without this, and be filled with love, peace and hope.. Anyways, I wish you a meaningful and precious life just as you yoursef are little beutiful one...♥️♥️♥️✨✨✨

I’ve been struggling to sleep. I keep waking up several times at night. My right side of my brain , chest, and legs feel suffocated. I’ve been feeling stress but this music makes me feel better. This is my place of peace. No negativity here. I can rely and pray for rest here. Thank you all for your kind words and uplifting words. Hey you. Yes, you. You're probably scrolling through the comments, like I am, reading all these motivational comments. If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, imma wake up tomorrow morning, maybe get some exercise, and probably play some video games, while I wait for school to start. I think it's pretty boring because of coronavirus, but I know it'll end eventually, and things will start to brighten up. Stay safe, and take a chill pill - some guy on the internet

I spend hours of my day studying with this in the background. When the reading gets a bit much I just look up and out to the horizon in this video and imagine myself lying on this beach with the hot summer sun on my face with a cool beer in my hand. It really does 'take you away' to another place. I hope that one day if work hard enough and do my studies, that I will be able to afford to go to these places several times a year for a couple weeks to let go of the stresses of work life in the UK. Thank you so much for uploading. This has made my life so much more bearable.
