Thank you Jocelyn for including us in your Easter egg hunting with your children. I no longer have any little ones at this time. All of my grandchildren are grown. It was very nice to see the little ones hunting the eggs, especially Laurel of course with her little cute curls, and the little thing saying Eggies. It touched my heart. It made my heart happy. We used to hide different colored eggs so each child had to only find his or her color. That way the older kids couldn't get all the eggs and we could put appropriate things for each child in the eggs. Like younger kids got less candy and the older kids may have got things like money, candy, and small toys etc.

So fantastic to see a normal family . Having a good easter egg hunt with the kids. Nice simple fun activities. My heart is breaking looking at social media where children getting over the top Easter baskets with Iphones PlayStation games branded clothes a dozen luxury easter eggs with balloons and fancy displays ect.its all for likes on social media no child needs this stuff ( especially 12 weeks after Christmas) it makes me so sad . Children learn values from parents and running around the garden with your friends and family gathering chocolate eggs is the best learning ever ❤ Sorry about the long rant just i get sad sometimes to see children been subjected to consumerism.. HAPPY EASTER 🐣

Jocelyn omg if that little Laurel isn’t the most adorable I don’t know what is. I miss having littles around. When she discovered treats in those eggy’s that was so cute. Also she went straight for the chocolate during s’mores. A girl after my heart. Looks like fun was had by all and your dinner looked wonderful. So nice your mom and dad joined. We watched my three younger grandsons hunt eggs. The 2 year old found out the candy filled ones rattled, game over. He was covered in chocolate. Most of it was soft because we live in SE Georgia. Good times.
