Listening closely to the song you can hear clock hands ticking which is a reference to the first season when the curse froze time. now that the final battle is won all of them can now move on and continue with their lives. It's very poetic
Having one of those days were I miss once. I miss sitting down every week and watching a new episode. I miss it. Storybrooke please come back to me 😭😭💖
I love the idea of a double ending to the show. The 6th season put an end to every story we had to deal with until then. The seventh season put an end on Henry's story. As the auther he was just writing the stories, not living his own. So, in my opinion, the last season was really nice and the ending (careful to the spoiler)*** was nice : we have Emma, older Henry, Younger Henry, and everyone, and every realm, and Regina has finally what she wanted*** Anyway, to me the series has a double ending, Emma's in some way with the 6th season, and Henry's with the 7th. In some way, we've come full circle. So I'm glad, I hate when a series is not really finished, but this one has the end it deserves.
I have watched through the series several times, but season seven only once. I remember not really liking it, mainly because of Baby Robin being gay. I used to be extremely homophobic and transphobic. Ironically I am now trans and pansexual. It took time for me to realize what my feelings meant though, and to break through the years of built up prejudice. But I did. Now I guess I should rewatch the entire series including the seventh season, with fresh eyes, unclouded by the oppressive fog of discrimination. And seeing through fresh eyes, with this new lens will help me appreciate it. Because I did like it until that relationship, then my ingrained feelings of homophobia and transphobia over took me and I lost sight of the show. Thanks for the new perspective.
I really did like many of the Seasons of Once. You know what though...the musical scores you have throughout the series is absolutely staggering and breathtaking to hear for.....a television show??? I'm not sure you even get the same quality of music for big picture films. I'll enjoy wanting to listen to some of these pieces for years!
As far as Once goes, this is the "full version" of this episode! However, did you catch it playing in the season 6 premiere? It's another "version" of the Beauty and the Beast piece, and I can upload it for you if you'd like on my channel! :)
This soundtrack got to me really bad knowing that this will be the end of Storybrooke, The Charmings, well Once Upon A Time Itself. From this moment I knew that Once Upon A Time is now over 💔 won’t ever be the same without it
Hard to believe it's been a year since we said goodbye to Storybrooke. And it's coming off Netflix in August, last I heard. Thank you for sharing the music. Definitely getting the series on BluRay so I won't have to go through Once withdrawal. Already have the first three seasons! Thank goodness BluRays aren't as expensive as they used to be.
I realize that this is shown in the actual show but I love the implications of the last note where its in a crescendo for most of it as well as being around an F flat in a way that implies hey its not over. As a 15 year old with only a few puny years of musical experience, I think its brilliant especially since in the tv show they go form this note to showing Lucy at henry's door. Its just the type of thing you'd expect from this show and I love it, It would have worked even without season 7 to follow it. :)
I refuse to think this is the end.! Watch me create a new curse !!!! and this time the old generation and the new ones dont forget the future ones will play in to.. (Mr gold The 3th Generation.. 🔥🔥🔥
Yeah, That would of been a great ending to show. I wonder if Older Henry and Lucy scenes should of stayed or be taken out of the finale. I would of wanted closure to everything if it was the series finale, instead of a new story instantly popping up and not continue it. I'm really happy that OUAT is continuing with a seventh season.
I've seen the 7th season (the first 5 episodes that are out) and I loved it, it's just like the rest of the series. It's full of mystery and excitement and many amazing moments (spoiler but not a big one...) They have Tiana from the Princess and the Frog and from what happened so far it looks like there will be great storylines for all the rest of the stories too and I recommend you watching them and just give it a go, take a leap of faith!
It was a perfect ending. Which could easily be returned to years later if they wanted to. Season 7 just feels like a really bad spin off that feels like a parody series.
Yeah except the only emotional thing about season 6 is how the only person who gets a "happy ending" is Emma. Season 7 is entirely about everyone else getting their happy endings because Emma isn't there to drag the show down anymore.
