Love the layout! I like the critters, I think they convey personality to a layout. For me it all depends on the layout as far as whether I use a single critter or several.

Oh my gosh. I have this collection and haven’t used it yet. This layout is easy to recreate and so stinking adorable. I can see it used for so many themes. I just love it. BTW, I am originally from Florida! Fort Lauderdale area. Now I am in NC.

I am so close to killing this kit, kinda jealous that you have it, I still have so many ideas that could be done, if I had more of it. I could totally see using this in the spring with a bunch of spring animals. So many possibilities. I am in central Florida, so you guys had it even warmer down there, but you actually get Fall vibes in NC. I hope you are doing well after the storm.

Lisa, I absolutely love this layout, it is so darn cute!! 🐻🧡🤎💛🍁 One thing that I say to myself sometimes when I watch you and Nichole’s videos is that you don’t use very much ephemera. I’m always hoping that you do because the majority of all the kits I have bought I have that too and love to try to get ideas on what to do with it and how to squeeze it in on layouts. This layout is so so perfect! I would love to see more videos, using the ephemera bits!! Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring! I do have to say that you are on a roll, all of the layouts that you’ve created so far are definitely a 10 out of 10! I love them!😊🧡💛🍁🍂🐻🦝🦫🦌🍄‍🟫🍄🍁🍂🌳🌳🧡🤎

Thank you!! I don’t usually tend to use a ton of embellishments because I want to stretch them over multiple layouts. 🤪 Nicole is so much better at using them, especially in her scenes. I have a few layouts of Nicole’s that I want to scraplift and they all have a scene with a ton of embellishments. Nicole has a ton of talent for sure. You are too sweet. I have a few layouts this month that I’m not so sure about so that streak might not last. 🤣

Lisa and I both have what I consider to be a medium level of embellishment style. That to say, we use what we want to, based on our personal preferences. You would be better off getting inspiration from manufacturers design team members if you are looking for a heavier level of embellishing. It's their job to focus on product and use as much product as possible as representatives of a brand and for sales promotion. Someone making layouts to document their memories and have fun with supplies probably won't be using a ton of product on a single project. Ultimately we have something called "personal preference " and what you see on my layouts (and probably Lisa's as well) is what I want. What I prefer. And what I like. ❤ Nicole

I have this punch. I'll have to try stitching on it. I've never bought a Doodlebug collection. I have purchased just the single sheets of paper. I do like the color combinations they use.

It is such a nice punch and the stitching adds so much to it. I just recently got on the Doodlebug bandwagon. I love that they only have 24 colors and they just mix and match the colors. It helps with using pieces of other collections.
