This turned out so good! I like the songs you choose for the Father's Day collabs. The Hopper/Eleven part was so good and I like how my part transitioned into the Parenthood part which was really good as well. Overall I enjoyed the collab a lot!
I like how you mentioned to me "but Rick and Judith definitely need to be in it this year :)" -- once I saw your part I 100% see what you mean. that "I knew you were still out there" voiceover is TOO good. So emotional to reconnect after SO long... And yes I love how your part transitioned into my Parenthood part but also into the Hopper/Eleven part you mentioned! I actually had to re-render the whole collab after the first render to improve the transition into Hopper/Eleven to not cover up too much of that great kiss on her head. I loved your 3 parts SO much -- you actually really make me want to see Fire Country every time you vid it ;) And thanks, I am glad you like my Parenthood part and my song choices 😊- it's been really fun finding such good songs to vid for this kind of theme for so many years :)

Thanks for all your effort! 1883 is a tv show, a short prequel to Yellowstone about how the family originally arrived in Montana traveling through the great planes with other hopefuls who were going to Oregon etc (not really knowing what they signed up for going on that long trip). it was so good like all the shows in this franchise.
Your parts were very emotionally resonant and fit the part well! Love them. You make me curious to watch La Brea for sure too, not just All American ;) Also I have extra Private Practice feels after watching this collab, between Eventyrpige's part and then seeing the actor who played Billy in your All American part. (all I remember seeing him in was Private Practice. ;) )
@@VioletEmerald thank you so much. Both shows have so much family goodness in them. This one falls at my busy time of year but I'd never want to see it go. I'd really like to host this one and just schedule things better and New Years as that's my other favorite.

I loved your part SO much, gosh!! That was a blast from the past for me. I vidded Dell's death and Betsey's grief once in a tiny collab part but I never vidded all those sweet moments and the love before the episode where he was dying. You make me want to drop everything to rewatch the Betsey storyline from the beginning. Gosh. Thanks for participating!
I did decide to start rewatching all the Betsey episodes last night ;) Or at least the Dell scenes in those episodes... Ah it's so good. It's been over 12 years I think since I saw this. Unless I'm forgetting a rewatch. Probably I did rewatch a lot of the show much more recently but idk if it was only the Amelia episodes (probably) so not the first Betsey eps. But the first time I watched was then! I vidded my one main Private Practice fanvideo around May 2012, the same month I was graduating from my university!

I just noticed that there's a Duran Duran poster in her childhood bedroom at 3:57 lol... When I first watched the show there was no widescreen mode available, same as when I first was vidding it for years. The details that got lost!!
I don't see the importance of fatherhood. I always wondered what's the importance of fathers in a child's life. I can see why mothers are important. Women are socially and biologically programmed to be parents much more strongly than men are. Mothers are the ones that produce milk to feed to their babies. Also, mothers are the ones that are usually in charge of their babies, and they assume that role early on. Women are a lot more nurturing than men are. Also, women have "maternal instinct", while men don't have anything like that. And also, children usually spend a lot more time with their mothers than they do with their fathers, and during that time, the mothers are usually taking care of the children. Also, most animals in this world are only taken care by their mothers and they don't have their fathers around at all. So why are human fathers important? It seems that a child can grow up without a father, and still turn out ok. I think a mother is more important to her child than the father is. There's a reason why a mother is often seen as more important to her child than the father. Fatherhood is not important like how motherhood is. Men don't have to go through pregnancy and childbirth, and usually they don't do most of the childcare.
