Happy Father's Day John! I must confess that I cried through this whole video especially when one of the girls ( sorry couldn't see through the tears to see if it was Lexi or Zoey) said that her daddy was her best friend. My youngest daughter was 4 when my husband passed and that is all she would say. I lost my dad 5 years ago and Father's Day is hard. I love your family.
I’m so sorry Alice - you have been through so much loss! I pray that God will comfort you on Sunday! I had my first Mothers Day without my beautiful Mama who passed away in January this year - my children were so sweet and really made a fuss of me, but it was still a hard day. I suspect it always will to some degree. That’s the price of love - I just look forward now to the day that we are reunited in heaven - or on the new earth.

Happy Father's Day John! You are a GREAT DAD! I lost my dad when I was 7, one of my brothers was 5 and my Mom was 3 mths pregnant with my youngest brother. I get so happy seeing any father that takes time to make special memories with their children. Although I was 7, I have some memories that I'll forever cherish, one brother has some memories but the youngest brother has always had a very very hard time because he has no memories. It's been 45 yrs since our Dad passed, and that makes me 52 now. So on this Father's Day May you all have many many more memories! Especially today and everyday! Reminds of my family my son is such an amazing Dad wish I could do something similar for him. The kids get so excited on special days. They love giving gifts from them. The things they do and my grandkids are close in age so it is so wonderful seeing other families doing and being the same way. Enjoy your Day John. You deserve it.
