That’s a very good question. The stats are so close that they are almost identical. Every stat is a tie in my opinion until we get to main gun range and secondary gun damage. Oklahoma has more base gun range and the spotter plane. Oklahoma has more secondaries and reload slightly faster but lacks the damage that Rio has with the bigger caliber secondaries. Rio with the special camo has a little longer range on those secondaries. I’d say Oklahoma is slightly better due to the commanders you can use on the ship. Halsey and Oldendorf are great fits to this ship.
