Thank you from California. I am a retired educator and have been railing about guns for years. The lies from the right keep all the gun owners fearful that their guns will be taken away which of course will never happen. It is crazy that the US allows weapons of war to be sold and some states allow people to carry them openly. It is terrifying.
Carolyn, We in the US feel just as youndo. Only 25% in the US have guns, 80 some percent want elimination of the high-powered rifles and gun control that actually has some effect. We are sick of the carnage. We pay our legislators to take care of business. They take care of themselves. Hopefully with the next election next November we will actually elect people who care. In Canada we have an assault weapon ban and there is amnesty buyback ontil Oct 30, 2025. Most of us up here do not consider a weapon as a necessary household appliance. I really hesitate going to the States because of all I hear in the news. We have our weirdos here too but a lot fewer of them.

My mother would say, from the time I was little, that if America ever falls it would not be from foreign invaders but it would fall from within! My mom was right on so many things but I hold hope that the light will prevail and enough folks will fight with their vote and get things straightened out and moving in a better direction! 😊 There are far more of us standing in truth than there are those listening to the propaganda!

Exactly. They are inside our corporations, our healthcare facilities, our city governments, etc. Most of them work in IT and banking. What they do is illegal but they think they won’t get caught or if they do get caught Trump will pardon them. LOL!

Our last AR ban was exactly that, no new rifles manufactured. They didn't go around taking firearms and they were given x amount of time to register all ARs, grandfathering them in and making them legally owned (and you could legally sell them and will them, if new owners pass the background check). But manufacturers made rifles that only require 2 simple modifications and it was an AR, but it wasn't legally owned.

Herb Puryear, quite an author a speaker. We invited him to give several lectures for us during my years as part of the ARE Core Team in Arizona. It sounds like you are a longtime student of Edgar Cayce's material! Me too. I began reading his material in my early twenties and onward (I'm 68 now.) Such a great deep dive into esoteric topics of all types! And the studying from that foundational touch point I have long attributed to learning strong discernment skills and abilities to call BS as soon as I see or smell it. When l run into seekers, or they run into me, and want me to recommend books that would help them on their journey, I often suggest anything on Cayce and his work as strong first steps. This is so cool, needing somebody that knows Anne & Herb Puryear. I must’ve known you were right now as I laid in bed last night thanking I hadn’t even talk to him on the phone in over two years and I haven’t tried looking for the old website for the logo center and I was thinking I was going to look their phone numbers up and call them today. I have them in my phone I just haven’t called in a long time.
@@lynntarotreadings106, I know, or knew a great number of the ARE workers and the authors of so many of the books they did over the years. I became very close with Dr's Bill and Gladys McGeary who had the ARE Health Clinic in Phoenix for many years. After they divorced Bill retained the clinic and Dr. Gladys went into a practice with one of their older daughters in Scottsdale. She recently passed away, I'm sad to say, but she and Bill would often say that I reminded them of one of their daughters that was a Physical Therapist in San Francisco. I used to tease them that it was only because I was born and raised in SF and the Bay Area and worked in PT as well. Lol. So many wonderful people and associations came from my years of volunteering with the ARE in Arizona. I have to say that was one of my highlights of having to live in that God forsaken desert for 18 years. I couldn't wait to get back to the Pacific coastal region and my beloved redwoods! But Herb was amazing and Anne as well. It's hard to believe they've both passed. It was an honor to know them and I remember when they were putting the Logos Center together and invited us, the Core Team, to come out for a tour. We were so happy to make that reconnection to him as he was an "outcast" after he and his first wife divorced she remained at the ARE and that is where Virginia Beach chose to put their allegiance. Sorry for the bit of gossip, not my thing to do, but we were just so thrilled to reach out that olive branch to Herb and at least bring a full circle moment for him to know that not all of us held that attitude. After that, bridge was crossed, he kept in contact with our team and we promoted the Logos Center at many of our functions, and he and Anne came to a number of our activities as well. His Primer was one of the early books I ready as a twenty something and was so excited to meet him and tell him how much his writings had helped me "grow in the work." And Anne was such a lovely and loving woman. Enjoying this exchange of commonality with you Lynn! Maybe we'll get a hello from them Tonight given the date and veil thinning even moreso tonight!
