Todays lesson: Breathing and Accuracy!
Your accuracy as an archer is always connected to your heart rate. This is something that really separates the crème of the crop competitors too! Gold medals can boil down to only beats per minute. The steadier the heart, the steadier the bow arm and the steadier your discipline of technique. In this video I show you what I think about on the range but also in the backcountry before going full send on an arrow while my heart is going full send after a tough climb. Conditioning affects accuracy and learning to recognize when to slow down and focus on breathing can be difference between disaster and dead center!
