I don't have my switch yet, but in Wild World they keep telling me that my wardrobe is facing the wrong way...but...but it's not. I'm determined to believe that the HHA is just the cockroaches living in your walls.
Me too , I’ve gotten s every time somehow but I didn’t want the plauces , I wanted the furniture. So I took out most of the furniture in my house to get a b or a
I have so much junk I just put it in my house, and the HHA started harassing me like “HERE YOU GO, TAKE THIS.” Like leave me alone I dont want trophies bro
A couple months ago, when I got the room off to the left I got a letter from Tammy and she asked what I was going to do with the new room. One of her suggestions was a home theater. After that I read the letter from the HHA congratulating me on the new room, they gave me a projector. So I decided to make a home theater and here we are today.
I wish they'd add a mechanic where we could decorate the villagers house/help them unpack when they move in. They'd have a set selection of furniture and it'd have to be set up where the villager can move around and interact with the items.
sometimes i wish this was an actual thing bc two of my villagers literally DO NOT HAVE BEDS and will not change their sleeping bags shdgsjdb i literally have one of them a bed as a gift and HES NOT USING IT and it makes me mad >:((
I'm impressed that all of you can stand do develop the island without absolutely everything you need immediately accessible regardless of whether or not it'll take 3-4 months to get it done
I just got my hha evaluation and they deducted points from me because the stand mixer i had in my kitchen was facing the wall and i was like IT WAS?? They had never given me any sort of specific advice apart from have all furnitures the same color
This is why I have themed rooms! Living room - traditional East Asian bathroom - black & white kitchen - pink bedroom - mermaid Upstairs - cherry blossom basement - haven’t obtained lol
@@bobgamers1844 all you had to do was do a google search or join a discord and ask how to improve. But you are trying way to hard to get noticed in a youtube comment section.
@Malorie I got lik 163k or something, and savannah...why do you waste your time saying stupid things, honestly no one asked you. Don’t go around being mean to random ppl.
I feel that Nintendo simplyfied too much the HHA this time. In New Leaf, there were more rules and requirements, you could score up to 02 million points with a full upgraded house if all done correctly. It was more challenging and fun. This time, you don't really to do much to get the S rank, just fill up your rooms nicely and that's fine. No need to make a themed house or to care about items on the ground
Ngl this is probably gonna save me from getting the same score over and over again but we'll see what happens, thank you for this Kora it'll probably help many people 💙
I’ve heard some other people have this problem as well: I’ve had S rank for several months now and I still haven’t gotten the golden trophy. Most likely just a glitch, but I’m surprised it hasn’t been patched yet, even after a few months. If this has happened to you, I would love to hear about your experiences! Btw, I have about 130,000 points so maybe I just need a few more. Like 150,000 or something?
Quite recently, one of those Karens sent me a letter highlighting the fact that the loft bed in my basement was turned the wrong way. And I'm like "that's the point, what am I supposed to do when I don't have many options for shelves?" [For context, I'm trying to make my basement look like Link's basement from Twilight Princess]
While I was trying to get the Nook Milestone for the amount of furniture I place in my house, I noticed that outside furniture doesn't count. I don't know if the HHA do have them in my mind when rating your house but if you want to stack furniture just to get the trophies you should avoid placing outside furniture in your house. I'm pretty sure the game will separate the furniture in your storage, those at the bottom are for the outside and those at the top are for inside decorating.
Basically what I did was set up each room and had a specific theme to each room to the point where it actually fits nicely. For example, my first extra room became a sort of gym theme after I decided to upgrade. Along with that letter from the HHA, one of my neighbors, Buck (one of my starting villagers) also sent a letter and sent along a boxing dummy thing (that thing boxers use to practice on when people aren’t personally doing the training and looks like a red hard block of wood, I think it was a boxing bell), so I decided to make the theme of the first extra room a gym. The next room was a kitchen theme, an idea I got after Ursala (the other starting villager I got alongside Buck) sent me a kitchen appliance to add. That’s still a work in progress, but it looks better than when I first started out when I ran out of storage. Then I got my third extra room, which was the room where I got outside inspiration to give it a jungle/forest theme; in that case, it was because I was inspired to have something themed after one of my favorite video game characters, Gonta Gokuhara from Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, and that took off from there. When I got the attic, it was both Audie and Bangle (the former of who was the first villager to move to my island and the latter who came into my island after I visited a friend of mine, and both of them are such cuties!) who gave me the idea to make it aquatic themed. I also slapsticked a couple other furniture that I thought looked good and the judges seemed to like that. Currently, I just added a basement and I decided to make it diner themed after realizing that I needed to do something with the diner wallpaper I had. I’d say that as long as you have an idea of what theme you want each of your rooms to be and plan it out beforehand, you should be fine. Just make sure that if you have one out of place thing, let it be a DIY Table of some sort, you still need to craft things after all
I just filled in most of my house's rooms, so upstairs, downstairs, and all the side rooms were full and then the main room filled to the point of just enough space to walk around and then put as much stuff on the walls as I could and got all the trophies
My brother play's animal crossing and he has a S rank house and only upgraded from the tent and hung all the clothes he got soooo i don't get it i have a upstairs with butiful decoration
Something that I hope will come out eventually is an hha employment update. In the happy home designer game, you could design houses and buildings to your hearts content, as long as certain items were present. Your first two villagers have barely anything in their houses, so if you could take all the furniture you’ve acquired and incorporate it into a house theme for them, it would be a lot better than just them having empty houses It would also be fun to rearrange the shops, like how big they are, or where certain things are
Lmao my entire house has been a storage dump and I've gotten all the trophies. After the trophies, I've gotten some antique furniture items which is so awesome. Two of my rooms don't even have space to walk in, and half of my clothing is on the walls. I've run into "this room is full, so you can't store anything else here!" text box. So, if all else fails, just load your room with all of the furniture you have and you should be good!
I had a 50,000 score then once I got rid of some stuff cluttering my house and then added some custom designs instead, I dropped all the way down to 18,000 even though the house looks amazing and I don't understand
I was wondering about this. I've had an "S" score forever, but haven't got the gold trophy. I think I have 140,000+ points. But my furniture isn't in the same groups. I can't get all the same color of any one group. I have several pieces of each color in different groups. Also, in my main room, I have a rug in the middle with my couch, end tables & chairs etc. formed in a rectangle inside it. That must count against me. Also, the colors on each side of the room thing...mind blown!
All I know is that if you have a rug, wardrobe, chair, table and bed also along with some accessories (I had the mom’s pennant thing and mama bear with the baby bear (and the same for pandas) and I got s tier every time. Also I think I had 3 clothes on the wall
The exact things I had were: Luna’s bed Wooden wardrobe(customized white) Rocking chair (customized white) Simple table (customized white with custom design) Simple table (customized white with custom design) Baby panda Mom panda Baby bear Mom bear Tulip hat (red, on wall) Faux sherling(I think it’s called) coat (on wall) I don’t remember the rest
The wallpaper I had up didnt have windows, so when I changed it to a wallpaper with windows, it put the items I had hanging in the window spot on the wall into my storage. The notification was just telling me the stuff was in my storage. It's actually the first time I saw that too lol
Oh and by the way, I don't know if this works in ACNH, but in ACNL four leaf clovers are worth over 7,000 points. So go ham and find four leaf clovers! (Well, I don't know if Clovers are implemented in ACNH and is still worth over 7,000)
i got 135,192 // S ranked just by decorating my entire house into my dream house- ofc i did put effort into it but now that i’ve finally known what the score is and when i can get a gold trophy... imma be going for 150,000- but it’s hard since all my rooms are full and perfect as it is (in my opinion, cuz it’s alr my dream home) now i’m struggling 🥲
Once my storage was full I dumped everything I had in my pockets for 4 days or so in my first room and got an S rating for my trash. It was like 4 random furniture items, a lot of DIY’s, some trash, sacks of bells and a scorpion & spider.
i have a lot of the ironwood and rattan furniture for the bonus of having sets of furniture, and now they’re tryna tell me to use more variety :( even though i have a ton of variety
in new leaf one of the prizes was a piggy bank which was how to access the bank from in your house. in new horizon this would be so good as you wouldn’t need to run to the the town hall to access your money
Yeah like why do we even have HHA??? This is supposed to be a cute and relaxing game. And it’s a game that a lot of children like. They don’t give two damns about what someone thinks of them or their house! I know I don’t, lol who said HHA’s opinion on what I do in my imaginary island and my imaginary house is valid? Why do they get an opinion at all?? 🤣🤣 who cares??? It should be an option that users can turn on or leave off. If you do participate in it, not only do you get trophies and other pointless things, maybe there’s like a special game secret you get to do. Give us an objective that’s worth the $60 this game runs for. I always throw away their little gifts and trophies and letters cause who asked??? 🏃🏽♀️🤸🏽♀️
So is there any benefit other than getting the gold trophy? I’ve gotten up to the silver one just decorating my house how I liked it, but if the trophy’s the only reward for getting the best score, I may not even bother with it
had no space in my inventory during the Bunny day collectables so I furnished all my rooms with bunny day stuff and got an S from that (probably cause they're a matching set and all that)
Feng shui can be satisfied just by hanging color appropriate customized potted ivy on your walls. Don’t know if it’s just living room or all rooms but I hung six in each room and it was enough. 180k HHA score.
Perhaps have a HHA attachment to Resident services to ask questions or, maybe if you get good scores you get some points to use for HHA exclusive stuff
Most of my rooms are decorated to a theme, but the HHA hates that I don’t have furniture of the same theme, and that I “have all my items lying everywhere” on my floor
They don't mind clothes if it fits the colour. I made a room with a sewing machine in it and decided to put the hotdog costume in the right corner of the room. They complemented me on it in my letter lol.
Main room - Black living room(sub-color is blue but mostly are black) Left wing - Yellow Bamboo-themed Bathroom Right wing - Brown Fall-themed Kitchen Back room - Pink Mermaid-theme Bedroom Second Floor - Chaotic-theme Birthday room Basement - Imperial-flowery theme with Lots of expensive items I wish I would show my score but I'm afraid that they would copy my style so just imagine on how I decorated it.
I've just been filling my house full of stuff and got up to silver trophy. Apparently my basement is failing me, but I'm collecting pirate gear down there. Was curious about how many points gold trophy was and if anything was after it.
I kinda hate in this game how small the side rooms are, but the trade off is that you don't need to play even more for expansions. I'm around 130,000 myself and most of my rooms have a theme to them. I really like the mermaid, rattan and imperial series, so it's been fun getting those rooms the way I like them. But there's always room for improvements. I've yet to earn a pic from any of my villagers so hopefully that'll be enough to put me over the top
