2023 was awful to me, 2024 started with a bang but I had an awful anxiety attack on New Year’s Day I felt so ill. Today I had the normal low mood but the tidying up and relaxing everyday resolutions were kept to and I had no anxiety attack it was a bit of a better day than yesterday. I haven’t set up any of my Christmas electronics yet ha! I got a phone Christmas 2022 and I didn’t set it up until June 2023! 😳 Happy new year all hope the year treats you well. Christmas has gone so fast I agree, it’s sooo depressing although I already suffer from depression anyways.
