Good morning Catherine, thank you for sharing this prophetic word, you have truly poured spiritually into my life this morning and renewed a right spirit within me and for this I thank GOD for you this morning. As I listened to you, you are absolutely correct confidence is our focus and as a leader I knew exactly what you were saying to this marvelous associate, things get jaded when we allow others who are not on a confidence level to speak into our loving & blessed situation and turn it into something vile. I also love that your inside didn’t change your outside even when you were called in by HR you still spoke lovingly about the marvelous associate and you were sorrowful and apologetic. I only comment to a choice of RU-vidrs who I know that are walking in close proximity with GOD because some are really over confident, snippy, short, rude and have forgotten that it is the subscribers who have helped them achieve the position, location and condition of their platform. A message from Up High. I've been struggling too with the 'concept of myself' of being fair, nice, diplomatic, etc. but to some it sometimes comes off in ways I never intended. I think the moral of the story is just as you said, we all have different definitions and perhaps a lil' fluidity would be welcomed. Still, the stubbornness in me wants to have a discussion so that we can talk things through instead of bringing unwanted drama into a situation. We are humans beings; not humans doings.
