So excited you are doing well, welcome back!! Here is a tip for stamping clear stamps. Lay your stamp upside down, then take the ink and tap it on the stamp. This will help with no smears and easy to see what you are doing.
Hi Jessica! I'd like to start by saying, that I normally don't "publicly" post on any social media platforms in fear of confrontation or being misinterpreted in a negative way (anxiety for you...). I definitely mean no harm in this post and am stepping out of my comfort zone. Along with many others, I'm happy that you are in a better place and back to sharing your life with us. Your videos are always "friendly," in the sense that I always feel like we're friends and hanging out. They bring joy to my life, regardless of content - PWM, unboxing, reviews, 'journaling,' etc. This video was great and personal as you share advice and the book, but also incorporate it in a creative outlet. For me, I found it even more meaningful that you shared the entire process of you "stepping out of your comfort zone" by trying new things, and it not being "perfect." I struggle with comparing my final products/projects with all those other "perfect" ones out there and become discouraged to try new things or continue to be creative. Your last video got me back into creativity and I've been 'planning and journaling' almost every night, after not doing it for almost a year. I always to try remind myself of the quote: "Comparison is the thief of joy," and that it's not only about the end product but the joy of the creative process and progression. But I digress. What I really wanted to say is thank you for being my friend and sharing today's video and that I hope you continue to be courageous in sharing your life with us because it's really inspiring. :) Sorry for the long post...
WOW! Thank you so much Ashley for stepping out of your comfort zone and leaving me this comment! You really made my day! I was nervous to be "creative" in a way I usually do not share publicly. However one of the big things I learn this last year is to let go of the fears of judgement from myself and others. I LOVE the quote "Comparison is the thief of joy" cause it is true. There are a lot of talent people other there, but they should not intimate you from creating your own masterpieces. To enjoy my creative life I had to let go the fear of failing and also if it's not "perfect" I say: "It's perfectly mine". I believe I will only be able to continue videos and enjoying planning if I let the process flow naturally. We are all different and what some may think looks sub-par, will look beautiful to someone else. So just do you boo! Thank you for opening up in this comment and also letting me know that my videos mean something to you! Planner Friends are the best Friends! There is no right or wrong way to plan or create, just as long as it make you happy! Have a beautiful! :-)
I loved this video - found you as I was searching a Plum Paper Planner review - then stayed and listened about your journey in the past year. I was blown away - very touching - and I’m so glad you are back and doing well 💕 This video on the Miracle Morning was so great - your voice is very soothing and how you explained SAVERS was very encouraging for anyone to follow. THANK YOU SO MUCH - I’m subscribed so I’m looking forward to future videos whenever you are ready. Going to incorporate SAVERS into my mornings. Thanks again - take care !!!!!
Thank you so much for your kind comment! I hope you liked the Plum Paper Planner review but thank you for saying how you enjoyed my personal story as well! :-)
So nice to see you on RU-vid. Thanks for the book suggestion. I’m always looking for new pleasure reads and I’m a fan of life-long learning, so I love reading for knowledge, as well. Have a lovely day! 😎
It's so good to see you back uploading videos again. I always find time to journal every day as it helps with my anxiety. I totally agree with having a strong morning routine. It sets the tone for the day 😊
Hi Jessica! Thank you so much for sharing! I just found your channel and I’m in love! I’m going to be doing that morning routine! I’m so glad your happy now!
I absolutely love this. I’m a SAHM to 6 year old triplets that I homeschool and I needed this. Thanks for sharing. I’ll be looking to see if the book is available at the library. I’ve been wanting to incorporate a routine for myself. This is right on time.
You could literally put out a video of your hands while you were talking and I would contentedly sit and watch it for as long as it was! I love your videos and it really makes me so happy that you are back. I am sorry for hard ties you went through, but I am thrilled to have you back! Cheers til the next one!
Welcome back! I picked up the same notebook and was looking for inspiration and I found it in your video! Wonderful way to wake up in the morning and start a productive day! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for sharing!!I have been and am where you have been! Also just wanted you to know they make a hot blower for drying your stamping on paper....but for the life of me I can not think of the name of it...they sell it in the stamping section of Hobby Lobby....it is more or less a stamping blow dryer...Big hugs, xoxo
I am so glad you are back! I enjoy all your videos. It makes my day when a notification pops up that you have a new video. I had picked this notebook up & I loved to see how you are using it.
I really LOVED this! I hope you do more journaling pages 😍 Also, thank you, thank you for sharing what has helped you! I look forward to reading this book! ♥️
This was great! I suffer with depression and anxiety. It’s been a really hard road. I’m sure you’ll just keep getting better. I’m so glad to see you uploading again. I think we all need that creative space. I love this idea and I may do my own version (with credit of course!). Love you!
Can totally relate! I am doing really well, I have learned to about personal priorities and boundaries. I think having a little routine helps you feel accomplished, no matter what it in tales or how long you do it for. Mine started with just making my bed and brushing my teeth. I still do that too haha! YES, spread the positive message of having a morning routine! :-)
@@MrsMomNextDoor Oh girl! Isn't it crazy that something as simple as brushing our teeth can be huge accomplishment in the moment? I totally feel ya on that! Not many people understand it either. Glad you're establishing this morning routine... It's a great step towards daily progress and positive outcomes! Proud for you!
