I feel like if there actually was a Depression Teacher in-show, then that “can you help me then?” “Of course! :hands noose:” bit with Red could actually be a scene. Like- that fits really well with the morbid tones of the show, well done
After watching this, the depression teacher hanging out with the death and dream teachers make it lot more sense than before. They DON'T know what healing is, all they know are substitutes for avoiding or even ending the pain that resides in their minds as soon as possible. Death, even in its uncertainty at what might be or might not be on the other side, is quite possibly better than suffering through the never ending trial and tribulations that life presents. The noose and blood are a bit more obvious akin, but the pills, used for sleep or even pain relief. For one moment, the pain is brought to a swift hault and you drift off into the nothingness of sleep. However, the effectiveness decreases over time and creates more reliance on those pills. I have come up with another theory DT (depression teacher) thought that help was telling someone to kts. After saying this to Red Guy, he brought up healing. DT didn't know what to say, didn't know what to do. Especially that they were meant to be depressed. They decide to go and seek help to they can heal but they get too scared. So they suffer in silence as they try to figure out what's going on.
I feel like the sketchiness of the animation makes it more flowy and frantic. overall it works really well with this animation. I feel bad for the depression teacher, they really need hugs and love.

Hey, as another mentally unwell person going though some TOUGH times, I know what it feels like. Just know that you should never give up, and that even if your parents don't love you, other people do, even if they don't show it. I believe in you.
I can definitely tell you worked hard on this. It's hard trying to use the multiple lines technique and frame by frame without it looking choppy if you know what I mean (I don't know how to word it.) You've managed to make it look so smooth, and I love it.

Hm, theory about all of the scenes where DT kills themselves. I always see the lady, I dont remember her name, but it seems like she controls dt to make them end their life. In other videos they read the book, and ran around trying to warn ppl. Maybe that's the help they needed? Maybe... the found out something they weren't supposed to...?
This is definitely one of my favorite animations that you have ever done! Everything in it is just so amazing and I absolutely love it! This inspired me to do an DHMIS character and start studying animation and learn to draw better than I do now
This is genuinely rlly creepy like Idk Someone saying they can help but when asked tell them to Just die, and when told no, they just don't understand. Just unsettling, but oddly tragic. Not to mention all the puppet stuff

I dont know if this is random or weird to say but I think its awesome how you used a Stray soundtrack for the outro, one of my FAVORITE games of all time. I hope youre doing ok, and the animation is very pretty.
I remember when var would mainly post Tom and Mark Au and that every time var did post Tom and mark au I would always try commenting on the videos I miss the Tom and mark au :( It was my favorite au out of any au :)
