PLEASE! Do more of "what is ebay talking about". I watched the older videos you had and they were so helpful. I wish I knew about all the item specifics definitions. i've searched the crap out of google and can't find a description of the options in the dropdown menu in item specifics! thank you!

I am very familiar with that type of hat and yes, they are floppy. She could add starch to try to stiffen it in the area in question. I’m sorry you lost the sale. The mini Tupperware was adorable.

One of the reasons why I didn’t want the hat back is because I was scared that it would come back in worse shape. 😬 Love those mini Tupperware magnets. 😍
