Ever heard of the saying "It's not about the gun. Its about the man behind the gun". To explain this every gun can fire a lethal bullet. But if that bullet hits the target or not is not on the gun, its on the shooter. So miss-shift or not the guy lost because he made a mistake the other driver was better he didn't miss-shift.
