@@NickTubeFans then it’s Yu Yuan, same owner as Air Cool. They used a separate factory for Harbor Breeze and Litex due to contract with The Home Depot about competitors. Mine says E75795 which is Air Cool and is made in January 2003, so it’s the year it switched to Yu Yuan.

The glass should turn in a counter clockwise direction. You may have to push up slightly when turning it.

No problem! I didn’t use anything special. The glass was taken off when I got this fan recently so it was only put on by me and not for a long time. I got lucky that way.
