When in operation, what is the typical setting regarding blast gate opening ? 25 or 50 or 75 or 100 percent opening?

Impossible to provide this value for you because it depends on the amount of vacuum you are putting to the cabinet (in CFM). Bigger vac requires smaller opening so you are not sucking too much air out too fast which will result in loss of good media rather than it falling down to be recycled. Just need to play with it. Hope this helps
