30$ off the tool cart is a big “meh” 😒 from me. Any coupon without exclusion is better for that one or fb marketplace even. Come on Harbor Freight you can do better then that!
I have the first cabinet but bought mine when the top and bottom together were under $400. for the set. Its been great and still looks brand new, I hated when they jumped the price through the roof because I wanted another one, but wont pay that high price
@BillyBlaze7 the us general carts have really been taking off a lot of people like them and for good reason, they are nice but the price is going up. Seems like with anything that gets popular companies raise the price to squeeze as much profit as they can
I wouldn't bother with those Fortress air compressors....over-priced for being oil free throw away pumps...they don't handle cold weather, and without oil lubrication they just don't hold up very well. The 6 ton jack stands are a pretty good deal if you have a vehicle that's heavy enough to need them....for most people the 3 ton models are more than plenty. I have a couple of the Daytona floor jacks, a 3 and a 4 ton model....both work great, got them when they were on sale LOL. I also got the 1 piece handle for them. I've never tried the Pittsburgh 3 ton jacks so I can't say how they are, but the tire shops in town use the Daytona floor jacks, so they must not be too bad LOL. A generator would be nice, but if I'm going to get a generator I'd rather get the whole house standby generator that'll run on propane.
The pressure washer isn’t bad but the gun and hose are garbage, spend an external $75 for a better hose and gun and these cheap pressure washers are great.
Its funny cause i had some one on a previous video say the opposite. I would round up and some one commented that it wasn't the actual price. idk i guess you can't make everyone happy
I'm hoping to find room for the 30 inch 5 drawer cart. It would be perfect for my growing hand tools that I use in my wood art. I technically don't have room but my work bench has no more room either!! My Uncle is coming up for a month and that's one of the things he wants to help with.
Ive been using the 5 drawer for several years daily in a shop. Its been excellent. It was under $150 when i bought it. I wish i wouldve bought 10 of them. Maybe 12. Haha
I got one of those Franklin extendable ladders about 5yrs ago and it's been a great solid and stable ladder, even for getting on roofs. Also the US General tool boxes are great for the price, for what you get. Love the Quinn and Doyal tools and a few of the Pittsburg and icon tools.
Thanks for the list, definitely buy tools there. However, just so you guys know, 15:46 this Hercules torque driver is only $10 less than the 1,200 lb Milwaukee torque driver on Amazon right now.
Im not a fan of the compressors but i have a couple of the og earthquake 1/2" impacts. If that new one is as good as the old one you could say the compressor is free in a way. My earthquake hits harder than any of my coworkers truck brands that cost well over 500. Those fans are nice too.
@@AllThingsCool I have 3 of them now. One for home, one for work and one because I got tired of waiting for a coworker to bring it back when their truck brand won't get something loose. I have 3 impacts that are better than any truck brand and still haven't spent as much as one off the tool truck. Haha
A word about the string lights. I spent around $400. to add a bunch of those HF LED string lights to my backyard and lost ALL of them plus three outlets and a router in my house due to a lightning strike hitting the string lights (THE LIGHTS WERE NOT PLUGGED IN) the lightning had enough energy to take out three outlets on my back porch and the router because I had an extension cord plugged into the wall powering something in my shed and the strike arched from the string lights to that cord.
Won't shop there again. It was an ordeal to return an unopened item. Had receipt and unopened tool; cashier had to involve manager. Harbor Freight has a return policy that is time consuming!
Their return and warranty process has gotten bad but we can blame ourselves. The guys buying tools to use once and return ruined it for the rest of us. Ive even heard of guys buying stuff, opening it carefully and replacing the contents with bricks.
I have the old flux core. Ive had it since probably 07. Its okay for tagging a couple pieces of metal together but theres several much better welders out there for not much more money. I have a hobart mig but wouldve went with a primeweld or something instead if i could do it again.
I agree nice and affordable also. I use the blankets for a lot of different things and I got 3 sets of the string lights in my backyard love them. Used the pop up lanterns for power outages even got my mom a few came in real handy! I always have a 36 pack of AA and AAA for emergencys
I bought a tool cart during the 10 days of deals... and they only gave me the casters. They didn't give me any bolts, washers, nuts, or the handle to the lid. Customer Service said they couldn't send me any of the hardware, and my only option was to return the entire cart 😑
@AllThingsCool I scooped up the Apache Rifle Case as well. I've had my eyes on the pistol cases for a while, but they were a bit pricy. I saw 50% off as a no-brainer to get the big boy.
@AllThingsCool They didn't have any more blues in my store. It still would have been a pain to return such a large item locally. It's definitely not worth it for me to go to the store 50+ miles away.
@@AllThingsCool I have a 5000 watt champion generator that’s over 10 years old that’s not very loud and will start first or second pull after sitting for a year. I’ve worked on or delt with every kind of generator you can imagine and spending extra money on one really isn’t necessary. Yes the super quiet Honda type ones are nice because they’re quiet but is it worth double triple or more cost? Absolutely not. I owned operated a water well drilling/pump installing business in extremely rural area for 20 years and an overwhelming amount of pumps were ran off generators and the cheapest ones worked just as well as the expensive ones. As long as they’re making proper voltage and are enough watts they will do the job. Just check the voltage and adjust carb correctly and no problems. We had 10k Lincoln welder generators on our trucks yeah they were awesome don’t get me wrong but they did job just same as guys $300 one. Hell I even had one customer had an old military generator that was almost same length as his triple wide trailer that thing literally would of powered the town I lived in! Talk about overkill when we started the pump we didn’t even know it started cause the generator didn’t even change at all and their triple wide was already powered fully!🤣
@Thumper68 I hear ya I had a few generators myself to power an off grid cabin had a 5,000 watt honda for many years but was way to loud and not efficient with gas either I switched to the invertor style generators 15 years ago my first was a yamaha 2400. I need something quiet cause I use the propery for hunting. The inverter generators are worth the money imo. I got to old trying to unload and load the 100lbs honda from the back of my truck. I currently use two 2000 watt gennys ran together for more power and works well. both generators are easy to move around, less noise, good runtime on a full tank and I can use it with my sensitive electronics not to mention I can turn it on and off from my phone. But if you just need power I agree the cheaper generators work fine.
Stop missleading your channel about generators. You show the Predator 9000 and call it a 9000 watt generator! It is not! You cannot draw 9000 watts continuous! Not even close! Try 7250 watts! The same is true for all the others. The model number is the peak or starting power and NOT the continuous power. All generators do this, not just HF. But YOU need to inform your channel!
Calm down, I'm not misleading at all thats the model and it states the continuous and max right on the generators. This video is about the sales not to teach people how generators work. MAYBE IF SOME ONE IS IN THE MARKET FOR A GENERATOR THEY SHOULD RESEARCH HOW THEY WORK FIRST BEFORE BUYING ONE. 🤔
