Hardly, it's an intelligent and knowledge based quiz. It is not a, my childish fantasy magic skyman is better than your parasitic childish fantasy magic skyman dribble off and it's certainly not which teenager can kill and wound more morons in a high school shooting spree, yay what fun. No this show isn't for seppos.
Also one more criticism. I hate it when a shows scoring system can be reduced. Like instead of 5 points up and down just do one. There’s no need to do five points. It’s almost the same for rugby league where a try is four and a conversion and penalty is 2 whereas it could be 2 and 1. This point is negated somewhat by drop kicks which are worth one but even then they happen so little that I’d be happier if they just divided everything by two and made drop kicks 1/2 points
I’ve never seen this before but I actually thought the whole show was just a comedy parody when the guy’s topic was “the aboriginal cricket tour of 1868” how fucking narrow can your topic be? Also if one of the answers is ‘cricket balls’ the questions aren’t hard enough. Still not sure it isn’t some big joke
I bet sometimes when Tom Gleeson travels by bus, he sits there on the seat and feels a rumbling in his guts. He knows what's about to happen. He stares forward with his trademark blank Tom Gleeson stare and announces to all the other bus passengers- "Ahem, it's time to fart- HARD!!!" And he lets rip with this absolutely heinous wet hot shart thats punctuated by popping and banging and a staccato roar of vibrating flesh. All the other bus passengers are gagging and falling off seats and turning blue. Their eyes roll back in their heads and old people are dying. Tom Gleeson still stares blankly ahead and announces "That's right, OFF YOU GO!!" as they suffocate around him. He is the ultimate winner. He is Tom Gleeson.
