It was built to hold IndyCar races, so, it had to be versatile and have an oval AND an infield course. Oddly, EuroNASCAR doesn't race on the oval...

The penalty to Feller was SUPER STUPID !!

stupid from him. He had just to wait for the next corner for a overtaking the KVL Audi with cold tires and +20kg. With KVL warm tiers he have no chance with a similar car for a overtaking and KVL have no chance to attack Preining because of +15kg.
