Hard Reset Neat Bar Pro and Pad 

How to troubleshoot or setup starting with a hard reset a Neat.Bar or Neat.Bar Pro paired with a Neat.Pad meeting room conference sound bar and display to factory default settings if it is not working or not connecting or if it is frozen or not responding, the factory reset is a good troubleshooting step.
