We are staying at the resort now. I am not finding it as negative an experience. Yes, the food is not the best in the world, but we have had nothing but excellent service everywhere and no delayed service. Also, it is truly all-inclusive, including tipping. No one is tipping and no one is looking for tips. So, maybe the resort has changed in the past year.
This has to be one of the most informative video, thank you for that. I'm rather surprised by the lack of service and food quality. We have two teens and was thinking of this resort as it seems like a great place. So after all the pros and cons, would you still recommend this resort? We haven't been travelling since pre-covid and was excited to make the trip. Either Caribbean or Disney, hmm?
I recently saw a punta cana video where they said the dolphin experience was horribly cruel. They were kept in small cages and they didn't look good or healthy. I believe where they went was located at a facility off the coast, out in the ocean. Was this dolphin place on land?
This was on land. I thought it was odd. But I will say the pools they were in seem a LOT bigger than I have seen at most aquariums and other aquatic animal places. They were VERY big.
I just give the guy a 20 and tell him to save the speech not interested in the time share any deals or upgraded ammenities at the resort he can provide. Better to cut to the chase than waste valuable vacation time.
