I have used yoga enemas and yoga for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, disease, illness, sickness, pain management, and weight management since 1995.
I personally feel Yoga is a scam , if it really is helpfull then why not majority of people who r doing it have shorter life expectancy as compared to the one who do not do it. When there is no parameter to identify the outcome of some happening then people just keep it doing just because everyone is doing. Greesha was my classmate , she was better in looks before she started yoga , i often compare her looks preyoga-postyoga and feel that her face has become very ugly as if she has done some sort of labour job in a polluted factory as she must have a better glow on her face after starting yoga but it went wrong in terms of her experience.
I am a marathon runner. I became a vegan a year ago because I didn’t know that for milk production, the cows are kept pregnant their whole lives and the male calves are killed on the day they are born, so that we humans can consume their mother’s milk. Repeatedly kept pregnant cows are finally killed in the slaughterhouse once they get completely exhausted. In egg industry as well, baby chicks are killed in the day they are born by burning or shredding alive . I am completely healthy and my running also improved after becoming a vegan .
She already mentioned to source milk from gaushalas where cows are well treated. Anything commercial is product of abuse. For animal products animals are abused, for large quantity of crop and vegetables, the plants are heavily abused by fertilizers etc to produce more than their capability. Every plant owner will understand how a plant behaves if abused.

Absolutely correct in terms of vaat body type- I am also vaat and pith type body! if i stop consuming milk or ghee my skin becomes very dry . Also we should know our own body type(what we can digest and what not) before changing diet or lifestyle.

I always go to my ayurvedic doctor.. I vegan...And you don't need only milk and ghee to get healthy fats.. there are variety of fry fruita containing healthy fats.
certainly. One can opt for a vegan diet but Ayurveda doesn't exclude ghee. Veganism is good and helpful but according to Ayurveda one must eat according to the body type. Hence for some body types some amount of ghee is helpful. Milk and other products can be avoided. Which I do too

Veganism is not a diet plant based is a diet and veganism it’s a lifestyle. I’m vegan and I’m healthier than ever I lift heavy and I’m energetic my immmune is in top all time peak . I had asthma and dairy was the biggest reason that used to trigger me . However I educated myself first researched what to eat healthily and did it for animals eventually health was compounded. If you eat clean right rest and train it can never go wrong

Great podcast but Greesha's explanation is cut abruptly and moved to next question. A smoother flow of questions after the speaker has completed speaking on 1 topic would be better.
Madam ji, plant based diet se dryness aur brittle bones nahi hota. Kaju, badam, sabhi dryfruits fat se bhare hain. Bone health ke liye calcium ki poorti ke liye dalein hain millets hn. Jin vegan friends ki aap baat kar rahi hain vo vegan junk eaters honge. It's all about conscious eating. Fat khaoge toh hi milega calcium khaoge toh hi milega
There are two categories Vegan and Vegetarian. Vegans don't eat any food products that come from animals, including dairy products and eggs. Even Honey, Onion and Garlic are not included in a Vegan diet plan. Whereas Vegetarian diets include Dairy Products, Honey, Onion, garlic and udad daal. Vegetarian diet is strict only in the use of any form of meat and eggs. While Vegan diet Strictly opposes all forms of food that are produced from animal sources. They even exclude udad, onion, garlic, honey etc from their diet. Due to this reason Vegan offspring have brittle bones in some cases where yoga is not a part of daily routine.
