I thought I knew calisthenics. Been ' doing ' them for over a decade. But this channel really cleaned out my misconceptions and assumptions. And I believe that's the value of the channel. There's a logical reasoning at its foundation. Like writing good reliable code for building a functional software.

Been following these videos for months now. I use your warmup as my daily pre-workout warm up. 70 second hollow hold, 70 second Superman, working on side splits, working on W-sit, 2x25 V-ups, 60 second one-arm hangs (now doing different angles and holds), 5x5 pull up, and Kong jumps. Then, light weight sets to prep for the workout. Keep on putting out the videos, Lee. Expert quality.

Hollow Body seems to be a main link and strength factor to connect all of these moves. I’m working on it but I definitely have weakness in my lower core and finding plenty of difficulty being 6’2” and damn these legs feel heavy quick….😂😂

Hi Lee, I love your content and was wondering iff it's possible to please get a basic kata tutorial video or a video explaining how to build a kata out of to moves you've given out for free here? I know you want to drive more traffic to your website but for those of us who arent in a position to start training with you just yet would welcome the gesture and train diligently (speaking for myself) until we can invest into coaching with you and your team🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
@LeeWeiland

There are examples of katas--even full length--throughout our videos. But to avoid frustration, overwhelm, and injury, we limit our videos to information & inspiration and recommend coaching whether face to face or online.

Hello, I like your videos. I have a few herniated lumbar discs. Could I still benefit from these types of exercises? I'm fairly active. I can play sports like basketball and jog with a light back brace but I feel that your exercisescan help me strengthen my core and other muscles. I appreciate any feed back.👍

bands, dowels, weighted dowels, bridging, extension stretches, things like that. yeah, boxers are kind of frozen in that hollow position. i remember that being the first thing taught. i even remember this one old timer with this permanently rounded back, like a gargoyle.
