Use a clarifying shampoo or volumizing shampoo. Condition your hair well. Oiling before headwash Use cold water to wash hair. Use leave in conditioner or hair serum. If you swim, use a tight silicon cap. Boil water to remove hardness. Use water softener. Dissolve alum (fitkari) to remove hardness. Use hair mask and hair serum. Don't use much heating appliances.

My hair is thick and long thanks to the advice of my grandmother: 1. Using oil two to three times a week in an up and down method with a 10-minute massage for 10 minutes with liitllleextra cooconion hair oil. 2. Getting a trim every month. 3. Rinsing with luke warm water to make the oils in the hair softer.
