Love this. You can outwork anyone, but most people won't go for it. I'm ready to go for it. Why do you think so many people fail? Because they aren't willing to put in the work. I get it! Life is hard, scary, and frankly it is easier to take the victim mentality and sit back and change nothing. However, when you are willing to put in the work, magic starts to happen. Straight to the heart Gary!! Deep respect for telling it like it is! There's so much hype and bullshit online about getting rich quick and lots of people with little money are wiping out their savings and earnings and going deeper in credit debt buying into someone else's promise for instant wealth. It sickens me, to be honest! I'm older and was raised with a hard work ethic...which I didn't like as a kid but, I'm extremely grateful for now! I see the despair and disappointment in younger adults, when reality hits they actually have to work hard, persevere and as you remind us, be patient! Growing up in the 70's, I have the contrast of Pre and post internet to ground my perspective for the long haul. I am a 20 year old African and have been following Gary Vee for quite a while now and I think he has giving me enough sense to finally get some work done, give it all and work on my ideas starting today. Great stuff Gary, I love the long game. When I was younger I started noticing how the circles eventually complete themselves. Sure I didn't get the payoff quick and when I wanted it, but the outcomes always came through in time, and only if I stayed the course. Thanks for reaffirming.

Graduated High School with a 2.2 gpa ( or something along those lines) had teachers tell me I was headed down skid row. Got 2 Degrees ( graduated with a 3.5 gpa) got 3 Technical Diplomas + 1 Cert in the process.....fast forward to now. I'm running my own business (see in profile) and everything G says is 100% true. It's all about the DRIVE and WILL to SUCCEED. FORWARD always.......always FORWARD....there's never a wrong time to do right.

Hey Gary, First of all thank you for the incredible content that you put out for us!! I am addicted to watching your videos. I have a question for you about “giving up” or “keep going”.. I have been on RU-vid for about 4 years now... and I am right under 10k subscribers. It seems like I am stuck at this number for a while now and my instagram too (been on 3k for a few years now) I’m not sure if I should give up on this and move onto a new project or keep going at it? I am still active on social media and trying to do new types of content but it’s been 4 years so idk if that’s enough time to realize it isn’t going to grow much more.. I hope you see this!
