The song is about 15 years old. One of the OG breakdown songs you're talking about. Their lyrical content is very positive and inspirational. Jake, their singer, is the other heavily christian influenced band member. The other 3 aren't really outspoken about their faith like Matt and Jake are. I hope matt sees this video. He will likely really enjoy it from another perspective. He's a really easy dude to talk to.
Pretty sure the other three don't have any kind of Christian faith at this point (probably heard that in a podcast somewhere), so they decided a while back to just be a genetically positive band

Great drummer, great band. Haven't listened to much of their stuff from the last several years but man I used to love them when I was younger. I remember Matt's buddy Adam Gray from another similar band also being a superb drummer. Check him out too

Composure is from their second album, and Matt's chops have only improved with time. Recommend checking out Kingdom of Sorrow album on your own time, some slick parts there
