That Pad Thai organ sound is hot but automatically sticks out as an stock sound. I would not use the whole loop. It makes your song sounds like a remix of the demo song.

Your space is dope‼️ ,acoustic treatment would help with the reverberations in the room…I don’t vid in my space [like I should] cause I also need to treat the room..similarly to you i am sharing a wall with {only} one neighbor, HVAC on the other bout to rearrange the room today facing windows[let’s hope this configuration works🙏🏾]so I’m in [openback ] headphones a lot..
