Reminds me of Ravers in the UK and Ravers Fantasy by Manian. Those are old school. I found Ravers in the UK on a flipnote back when Flipnote's online service existed WAY back in like 2012... Then I found a second one with the same song, then a third, finally I just searched every combination of lyrics I thought I heard. But that's off topic. Man thinking back to all those old songs though...

I've heard my sister listen to this twice and both times I've wanted to find out what the song was called but she gave me a video which was unrelated so it took me some time to find the damn thing but now that I've found it I'll be listening to it for a long time to come.
