The Hardergrat Trail is spectacular. It is one of the best day hikes in Switzerland and all of Europe. You can take on the entire point to point along beautiful Lake Brienz or do a section of this amazing ridge hike. Once you get up to the ridge the views are breathtaking and I would highly recommend doing at least a section of this ridge if you are in the Interlaken area.
