Wouldn’t “The Giant” be the answer to the first question? Based off of the way the question is phrased, every perk ON the map is available to be purchased. Since the other hidden perk technically isn’t ever on the map.

just wanna say, question 10, the perks were cut from bo1, not waw. waw only had the max ammo perk (ammo matic) cut from that game, the rest were bo1 (there are audio files for some and images found in game files to back this up)

Re Moon soul swap, I think that's actually true. In BO1 when you kill the astronaut sometimes you can find the glowing eyes nearby. Pre easter egg its yellow, post easter egg its blue. I think that still counts.
