a human and or a pencil could be the right answer teens, young adults, etc. are all tall when there young. when they start to get into there 60 and such, their bones become weaker and gravity pushes them down ward, making them shorter. pencil start out as tall, but as you use them, they get shorter and shorter with each stroke.
