I am 69 years old and have never heard the term "truck" used with regard to football. From the video, I take it to mean "The ball carrier running over a defender, knocking him on his ass." Is that an accurate definition?
Sucks this is just offensive plays, cause it would’ve been funny to see Georgia’s hit on Hurds as he was just strolling into the end zone cause he thought he was clear and a Georgia player nailed him from behind causing the fumble lol
Why is it that offensive players can hit defenders however fucking hard they want, but if a defender even breathes on an offensive player it's targeting?
Haven't even watched this yet, but if Quincy Wilson (of WVU) against #2 Miami isn't in this vid, then the entire thing is pointless. Wilson takes a screen pass 30+ yards, trucking future 1st round pick Brandon Meriweather (AND THEN HURDLING OVER HIM WHILE STAYING INBOUNDS) for a go-ahead touchdown with 2 minutes to go in the game. If Miami hadn't answered with a FG to pull out a 22-20 win, then this play would rightly be remembered as one of the greatest single plays in CFB history.
