I'm late to the party here, but good job my friend! I appreciate you giving a thorough explanation of the actual process and all the chemicals used. I'm in the process of educating myself on floor care to start my own business as well. I'm in Texas as well (not in your neck of the woods, so no competition lol!), so I know you're not lying about that bi-polar weather!
Awesome job man! I really appreciate the insight and unselfish teaching. I've been looking all over for information on this. The way you brake it down is perfect 👌
Thank you sincerely🙏 I love this industry and I really want to contribute as much as possible to anyone and everyone who might want to learn or just might be interested . Thanks for watching 🙌
sorry to be so off topic but does anybody know of a way to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow lost my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Liam Christian thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and im trying it out now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I am very grateful for this video, can you do the same procedure even if you don't know what they used to clean the floor before? We are moving soon and the hardwood floor is disgusting. I was thinking of using exactly the same products or Pallmann satin finish in the end (I also saw it in another of your videos) but I don't know if it works if the floor has wax or Oil Based Polyurethane, I would greatly appreciate any advice from you.
If the scratches are topical and haven't penetrated the actual Hardwood or stain more then likely you will get great results with this method and cleaning agents.
Mannnnn Awesome video my brother. Im definitely a new subscriber. I have a question do you let the floor dry or put fans down during any process of the water rinse or after you lay down the squeaky? Thanks for your true explanation of the process!!!
Yeah also my good man I got a lot of questions where do you get that nice vacuum man you don't have to use that other vacuum you used to use before that vacuum you just use on the floor there with the wheels and the suction in the front where you get that at give me info on that please and thank you
Awesome work! How is that shovel nose vacuum working on hardwoods? Right now I’m using a shop vac, but looking at different options to make it a little faster.
I love the vacuum 😍 it absolutely makes the open space areas a whole lot quicker to get done but my go to daily is my shop vac with the 20 ft hose and the metal wand it still holds dear to my heart. 🤗💪😁 Thanks for watching 🙏
It depends on what job we are tackling, how the floor looks, is the floor even enough or it dips to much, it's just different factors on what to use. They are both very great machines in my opinion.
I would never apply acrylic wax on hardwood floors I simply gave it a good cleaning and applied a refinisher . ( a water-based poly ) Thank you for watching
@@royalmastersfloorcleanings Ok, glad to hear that. My advice then to save money is buy proper finish and thin it 50/50 and lay it down. The stuff you use is 10% finish or it could not be put down your way. better product for less everyone wins...GL.
John its a buff cleaning and an application of a polyurethane... basic coatings is excellent quality..Ive been using them 10 years... he wasn't taking off wax...that would require screening...
@@Jonny1212 Ok, some advice then. Learn to put down a proper coat with some proper finish using a proper applicator and proper technique. Also, the floors are buckling from the amount of water you use and someone will eventually say something often through a claim against your insurance. Maybe I'm wrong but having been in the business for 35 years tells me I'm not. I do know the amount I charge after home owners sues and an insurance adjuster totals the floor and has a professional replace them from this very thing though. Either way it's a mistake that has a remedy, gl.
