Thank you! As for finding the Purohit for your village, it’s going to be a a fun adventure. You’ll have to simply walk into any of the seats of Purohits and tell them the details of your family and village - they’ll make calls and find your Purohit. This might take some time so be prepared 🙌

That’s unfortunately true. We have to collectively do a lot of work to clean Ganga, and then keep it clean later also. Requires awareness as well as strict implementation of existing rules.

Nice bro. I am from Haridwar and born in the tirth purohit family. A good presentation although you missed a lot of things like 1.Haridwar is surrounded by two mountains one is Neel where we have Chandi Devi Mata Temple and Bilva Parvat where we have Mansa Devi Mata Mandir 2. Also you missed showing the correct canal videos/photos and showcased Neel dhara instead. 3. You should add Sati Ghat which is in Kankhal Haridwar which is the main Asthi Visarjan Ghat of Haridwar like you showcased Kusha Ghat where you see people performing rituals for ancestors for Moksha There is a lot but hats off to your hardwork in successfully summarizing it to the max. Good work, amazing visuals, good narration.

Wow we are Joshi’s too - what part of India are you from? We are Joshi’s from Una District, Himachal Pradesh but our ancestors came from Maharashtra and moved to Himachal after the Third Battle of Panipat.

You are right. When I started the series last year, Ayodhya was under major changes so shooting there wasn’t an option. I do plan to do it last now when the temple is fully completed including the shikhar.

Within 5 min of video I got tears rolled down my eyes...I don't know why...I literally have a special connection with Haridwar. All those Landscapes, picturesque features of Ganga Ji, the Shivaliks, the Ghats... I feel I have a connection from previous lifes(if I had)as well. Ganga Maiyya ki Jai... 🙏🙏🫡🫡👌👌
I live in the same city thank you for showing this city in a new light probably the best video i hv ever seen on Haridwar,about the uniqueness of our city in the form of keeping family records and the canal it has(by the way on this very canal there is an amazing historic bridge of British times which sheds excess water to keep it safe it's called 200 yr old bridge), what amazed me the most was structure you mentioned as"Raja Maan Singh"'s memorial, it's a temple as per locals 🤔 , please keep exploring new places gud luck👍
Thank you so much! It was an absolute honour to explore your city and I was very too that I could explore different facets of the place. The Man Singh chhatri is indeed his samadhi. A temple does exist inside now but it’s a much later addition. A few years back the chhatri was renovated in the form of a temple with a shikhar but after much hue and cry the new structure was demolished and the old design was retained.
